Advance Plumbing's Midlands operation is coordinated from our head office at Meridian Business Park in Leicester — a central location that allows efficient deployment of engineers across the full Midlands region, from Birmingham and the Black Country in the west to Nottingham and Derby in the east, and from Stoke-on-Trent in the north to Coventry and Northamptonshire in the south.

The Midlands is our home region and the foundation of Advance Plumbing's 20+ year history. We established our first contracts here, built our initial reputation here, and continue to invest heavily in the regional engineer workforce. The depth of experience within our Midlands team is unmatched by any other region we operate in.

Birmingham is the UK's second city and presents an immense range of commercial plumbing requirements. The city's extensive retail, hospitality, healthcare, and office estate generates sustained demand for commercial maintenance contracts and reactive callouts. Our Birmingham-based commercial team handles large-format retail, the airport and its associated hospitality estate, and a growing number of mixed-use regeneration projects across the city centre.

Leicester itself is a significant commercial centre with a substantial industrial and logistics sector. The East Midlands logistics corridor — running from the M1/M6 junction area through Leicester towards Nottingham — contains a concentration of large warehousing and distribution facilities that require commercial gas and plumbing maintenance.
